Allure Apartments took $1,461.29 as a deposit on an apartment which I never moved into, never received a key, nothing. They wrote letters stating the refund amount(s) and never paid it. They never answer emails, just a scam to make me think I will get refund. This is a common thread with this company.
Aside from this, the staff is rude and this is posted all over the internet under Apartment Rental.com.
Riverstone Residential Group has been given an "F" rating by the BBB in three states.
They pose as a property management company; but in fact this is a large entity incorporated in Washington State, but headquartered in Dallas Texas. They "bank" on the fact people won't know who to name in Small Claims correctly.
Hope this information helps anyone before you decide to live anywhere managed by Riverstone.
