Dear candidates wanting to work in a professional legitimate company who cares about their children/families as well as employees.  When you first come in to work for this company you will be hired right away with a salary based income.  They will not fully require a background check, drug test, etc for the date that you actually start seeing your clients.  I had worked for a month without having one client that I could actually see on my case load after being promised 20.  Afterwards the owner of the company Elana Winfrey decided to withhold a meeting blaming all the employees for poor income and not meeting her 100% goal. 

Therefore she decided to take our initial salary (which if you research is not offered anyways, its only billable hours) then to 7.25 an hour which is min. wage even after using your own cell mins, internet, gas etc.  I am still owed money from this company for the hours that I did put in and know 100% I will not see that money due to the fact she can not even pay her phone bill for the center as well as employees she decided to let go for her own reasons of not being able to pay anyone else. 

If you choose to continue with this employment feel free however you are not only wasting your time you are hurting the clients you want so badly to help because you will not stay more than a month whether you quit or get laid off before checks are due.  This being said she does not have the funds to pay you.  She is a good liar and she will make it seem like she is in the right and you will get paid for the work you do, however, she is in breach of contract as well as being investigated now by names I choose to not name due to the fact she laughs about it then chooses to deny it to new employees.  Choose your own fate its your decision I just warn you that this place will be closed down very soon and if you have a license you will loose it when she does get shut down.  good luck
