Problem not solved

There was no confusion about a second reservation.
I had to make a second reservation in order for my wife to stay in the hotel because they couldn't find the reservation as you didn't answer my request for help.
You have to remember that I make a contract with you not the hotel.
When the hotel do not deliver it's not my problem to resolve it.
You did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem except to refund one night.
The hotel charged 50% more for the room than the internet price.

The file also indicates that one of our staff members had direct e-mail contact with the client on November 16th , the same date that a negative comment was posted on Ripoff Report.
A possible confusion was created as the client had made a second reservation through another agency.
This case was satisfactorily resolved, unfortunately shortly after the reporter had filed an unproven complaint about fraud.
