If you are looking for a company that sells reconditioned cameras advertised as new, fast taking salesmen selling second rate accessories that you don't need at inflated prices, thirty to forty minute waits for customer service after you place an order, rude threatening treatment when you cancel an order, a switch from advertised 5% restocking fee to 15%, weeks waiting on credit to your charge card after return of merchandise then, my friend, this is the place you need to deal with.

This is BY FAR the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I purchased my LEICA V-LUX1digital in early June. My credit card company and I are still trying to get the proper refund.

Liars, con-artists, thieves. What more can I say????
