The captured image 2 was at my grandson's hockey tournament at the Cyclone Arena in Hudson, NH on 9/8/12. I purchased a large "fathead" hockey picture of My grandson that day. I paid $100.00 by check that day (which they cashed a couple days later) and was told I would receive the item within 6 weeks. When the time got close, I tried to call them, but they don't accept calls, so I emailed them numerous times with no response. I finally sent them a letter that Chris Scherrer answered on 11/1/12 stating that he would let me know the status of my purchase which he never did. I have since sent another letter and numerous emails with no response. I contacted the hockey rink and the manager stated he has received other calls complaining of the company's failure to deliver their items also. The rink has tried to contact the company also with no success. It has now been over 3 months and i have never received anything for my money. I had no idea until I read other complaints on this site, that this company has been doing this for quite sometime. How can they be allowed to stay in business and keep doing this to people? I don't want them to get away with this. If they take money from people and don't deliver the products, that's stealing.
