The Car Company Car Co WON'T GIVE ME "MY" TITLE! las vegas, Nevada

I bought my vehicle from them (paid in full) in the beginning of November. It is now the end of Janurary and I have not received the title to my vehicle! I have been calling them for over a month now, with empty promises and a different response from everyone.

They first told me that the original owner signed and notarized the title on his own so they had to start all over with the process so then I waited, then someone else told me that the title was there  and they were just waiting on a woman to sign it, then I got we are waiting to  hear from the leasing company to  get an update. Those are just a few run around storys I got. The general  manager said he would keep me updated every week. They have not called  me one time!

I own the vehicle I want my title! I am sick of them giving me the run around... I just called today and they told me once they get the title they are going to overnight it to northern nevada so it can get processed, that takes another 4 to 6 weeks! I am not waiting any longer I own this vehicle but I have no proof  of ownership I have no title. I  have finally decided to get a  hold of an attorney to handle this matter.
