I received an email stating that if I didn't send $349.83 by 3 pm, that they would send my account to court.  When I called the number listed on the email, a guy with a really thick accent answered the phone and was completly rude from the beginning of the converstion to the end.  I just disconnected the line.  Even after explaining that I never applied for a cash advance, he told me that I had and that if I didn't pay the Sheriff would be at my door and my pay would be garnished.  Where I live, pay day loans are illegal, I guess he missed that important part of the conversation!!
