Earlier this month it was brought to my attention that the management staff let out a residency verification and payment history to a Tax Forfeited (Pretexting) third party company without written consent from me to do so. I have since suffered financial loss in addition to being prevented from functioning adequately in my profession. I was told by the Regional Property Manager to submit what I thought would be a reasonable settlement. I did so and she and her office manage have been having this attorney ( who should be more concerned with the fact that he is representing the owner and not them ) send me letters of an intimidating nature and make references to TAA contract paragraphs when in fact the management company staff have not attempted to enforce lease provisions until there seems to be an issue. Guess they haven't heard of laches. They have been trying to justify violating our countries privacy and consumer protection laws and are acting in a manner to disregard the fact that they work for a company that is licensed by and governed by the state. They have been acting with disregard to the fact that I am unavailble as a real estate professional to function in my profession without my vehicle which was damaged and I no longer have due to their negligent acts. There are several complaints filed with the BBB against Lincoln Property Co who has similar names in differents states that they practice property management in.

There is a resident report that another resident has placed on(((Redacted))). I have filed with the FTC and Texas Attorney General in addition to the BBB. I am trying to handle the matter in an amenable manner and would like them to settle with me so that I may move and never refer or live here again aslong as this management company is allowed to manage the property. HEY GUYS!!! NO MATTER WHAT ANY BUSINESS TELLS YOU...THEY SHOULD NEVER SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES THAT THEY OR YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH AND YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN THEM WRITTEN PERMISSION TO DO SO.
