I'm a 57 year old female living in Russell Kansas.  I'm on social Security Disability raising 2 small grandchildren.  I'm currently starting a re-sell business selling Gymboree Children's Clothing Online.  In researching for over a year  I found a supplier ( The Children's Wear Shoppe) that could supply me with certain sizes I wanted, the season's I wanted in outfits and not random items.( A lot of the suppliers don't offer outfits-you receive random items, with random sizes and season).  This is what made her so unique! I had found my supplier to form a strong and long business relationship!

While waiting for me to get the money together to place an order for a "lot" of clothing ( the more you but the cheaper it is).

Amanda Cranston (Sale's rep) and myself  talked for 6 months over the phone and email about the clothing line and what I wanted to purchase. [continued below]....
.....  She agreed to sell me outfits in the sizes and season's I wanted. 

On July 27th 2012 I wired to her $1000.00 using Western Union with $ 40.00 shipping fee's.  This was to purchase 260 items= 130 outfits at $4.00 each item. I supplied her with an invoice from me indicating the sizes and season's I wanted to buy.

This is a total of 94 items = 47 outfits.  The remaining 164 items = 82 outfits could be in any sizes just so there are enough of one size and season to make a nice lot of 7-10 outfits for re-sell.

Western Union wired the money wrong and there were daily lengthy conversations with me and Western Union and Amanda Cranston.  Amanda could see on her bank account where I tried to deposit the $1000.00. 

Knowing this she agreed to send a "back to school "shipment to one of my client's in Gill Colorado on July 28th 2012 and trust me to follow through with the payment when I received it from Western Union.  School was starting and they needed their order.

The shipment was to be as follows:

Girl's  14-16  6 outfits = 12 items Summer

Boy's 14-16   6 outfits = 12 items Summer and Fall

Girl's 6T         6 outfits = 12 items Summer and Fall

I responded by telephone and emails to The children's Wear Shop as my Client hadn't received shipment.   Amanda indicated she sent the Colorado shipment Fed Ex from Chicago and lost the receipt. 

I was never supplied a tracking number for the shipment to Colorado. Amanda said she was in touch with Fed Ex and they were checking into it.  Never heard anthing more about Fed Ex results to date( August 16 2012).  My Client has never received their shipment.

My client in Colorado has chosen another source to purchase their clothing.  I've lost a good client that  purchased from me for their 3 children for over a year.

On August 4th I received my money back from Western Union.  This was on a Friday so I had to wait until Monday August 6th to deposit into her account as Bank Of America was closed on week-ends.  On August 6th I drove 60 miles round trip to deposit $1000.00 in her bank account. 

on August 7th I emailed Amanda with The Children's Wear Shoppe to get the tracking numbers needed for the shipments.  She did supply me with the Kansas Tracking Number but not the Colorado shipment.

August the 10th 2012 I received my shipment of clothing from The Children's Wear Shoppe.  The shipment consisted of 141 items with only 5 outfits. Pictures attached.  Not at all what I ordered and it was short 109 items or 48 outfits plus one item.

I notified Amanda immediately by phone and email that I thought I had been shipped the wrong order. Amanda indicated to me she prepared this herself and that I needed to send her pictures of the items even though she said she took pictured prior to shipping.

She told me on the 11th of August that I couldn't return the shipment as I requested.  I asked her to make an exception to her decision since the order was wrong and short. She said she would put together the Colorado order and ship it.  I askid her to ship it to me as I wanted to see what the clothing included.

She said the 141 items was a very odd amount and that I had to be mistaken! After receiving photos of what I received she said she would contact me.  I've tried calling for 2 days and emailing and I've had no response from The Children's Wear Shoppe.

I'm an honest person and have worked diligently on putting together my Business.  I honestly thought I had the best Supplier out there!  I'm devistated by all of this and would desperately like to return what was sent to me as It's not at all what was ordered.  

Every day that goes by I'm losing money.  I can't sell what I don't have and these random items aren't anything I can put together in "lots" to sell.  So much time is lost here and it's getting to where the summer items are obsolete at this point since the season is now going to be changing.

I only had 4 clients that have bought regularly from me and have lost 2 because of this madness!  I'm desperate for some help before everything I've worked for the past year and a half is gone.

I sincerely appreciate your time and am anxious for a response.

I now have money for the plane tickets to get me to and from Florida to be able to appear in court.  I'm actually excited to be able to do this as it's been a while coming!  Things should move rather quickly now and soon I will meet the woman who has caused such grief for me and my family.

Failed to respond/rectify situation on complaints

Today marks the 120th day or 4 months  of having the ability to update my report and reflect "The Children's Wear Shoppe" good business practices by explaining their eagerness to satisfy the complaint and make things right.  

Unfortunately to date the "Children's Wear Shoppe" has failed to respond/rectify the situation leaving the situation to be seen by many all over the world.

I have spent the past 120 days going back and forth between my bank and Bank of America trying to justify this situation on a daily basis.

The Better Business Bureau in Kansas and Florida has been notified and a complaint was filed with both states.

The Attorney Generals Office and Tradde Key also has recieved a complaint from me towards The Children's Wear Shoppe and Amanda Cranston. 

Since The Children's Wear Shoppe has my money I'm pursuing Amanda Cranston since she's the one who accepted my payment of $1000.00.  The banks are just passing the issue back and forth and has gotten me no where but more time lost. 

I've been advised that I will have to be present in the Court of Florida when this case is set for hearing and that all fees are my responsibility at the present time.

I've lost a lot of money as a result of The Children's Wear Shoppe represented by Amanda Cranston and  this needs to be pursued.

Tina in Australia- Please GET A LAWYER and go after them!!  The Children's Wear Shoppe could very well be responsible for repayment to you for your fees in getting them to court and additional money to you.  You've lost more than I have and I certainly hope you get your situation justified! I feel really bad for you and this company and operators need to be stopped in taking advantage of people!!

I appreciate you taking the time to post and I'm sorry you were taken by this Company as well.  I know excatly how you feel having merchandise you can't re-sell. 

I have filed complaints against this Company with 5 different sources at this point.  I've never heard of the one you suggested and have filed this as well.  Thank You so much for your help with this.

Amanda Cranston sat us up with a smile on her face!!   She and Hillary are ruthless women and I guess we'll see who gets the last laugh!!

I think others that deal with them should know what they're all about and they should be exposed to the public.  

The Children's Wear Shoppe is most definitely a fradulent Company and their actions prove it!!  Please stay in touch as I would love to hear how your situation is justified.

Tiina  I would first like to thank you for reporting this so called company   As I said when this all started months ago I was there shortly after LouAnn ( Ks Grandma)  got the packages and saw what was delivered to her home and it was no where near what she had ordered  For these women to say that she was trying to extort from them enraged me I was also there on many occasions when she tried to contact the company and heard several of the conversations when she was told different things about the order    What I would like to know is how does LouAnn get in touch with IC3 so she can do what she has to in order to get what she is owed  She has tried to contact everyone she can to get this resolved to no avail  So far she has been told that she has to take it to small claims court  but in order to do that she has to come up with the money for filing fees and such   This woman is on SSI which she doesnt get a lot from and is trying to raise 2 small grandchildren the best that she can  with this income   Any information that you can give would be deeply appreciated

Liars and Scammers The Children's Wear Shoppe

Hi There, Would just like to give an update of my experience with the Children's Wear Shoppe.

Firstly can I say to the Grandma in Russell Kansas - I would recommend filing a complaint with IC3 - they deal with cyber crime and white collar crime (FBI) etc etc. I have already filed a complaint myself. This is fraud and the  Children's Wear Shoppe know it!

Beside for the Children's Wear Shoppe ripping me off 412 pieces my initial order with the Children's Wear Shoppe should have had size newborn to size 8 instead I got 43 pieces in size 10,12 and 14.  I told Hiliary about this and she agreed to replace them. After email after email she finally sent the parcel. I just received it today.... Was there 43 pieces in there NOOOOO there were 31. What is wrong with this women! I thought basic level of Math was compulsary at school.They also had no tags on them. Unreal!!! 

People be very very careful with this company. She tried to play me for a fool, telling me that the weight of the boxes being shipped is not vital information.... Pffft! That is the most vital source of info the shipping company needs to ship internationally. I have a signed invoice that Hiliary signed herself saying that the boxes weighed 85lbs. This 85lbs was the weight of the 588 pieces I received not the 1000!!! She is a liar and a fraud and taking advantage of innocent people. You would have thought someone with 4 children of her own would have a heart... don't be fooled. 

One more thing, on her invoice it states terms and conditions - that if there are any issues with the order to contact her ASAP, I did just that but got no where... she immedicately accused me of extortion. 

I have all the supporting evidence that can show you this women is a cheat. 

The companies that she holds accounts with would be mortified if they new what this women and company were doing to innocent people.

Tiina I am sorry that you are another victim in this so called companies scam. Even though this company may have changed hands it seems like the same old things are going on. You may be able to change the color of a skunk but you can not get rid of their stink. Grandma from Kansas has been going thru this for quite a few months now to no avail.  In a way I am kind of glad that this has happened to someone else so that people will stop thinking that Grandma is trying to scam or extort from the company.   Maybe if enough people will step forward  something can be done about these women doing more damage.  Ks Grandma is not in the best of health and trying to raise 2 grandchildren on a fixed income and was trying to get a business going to help support these kids but this so called company has put a stop to that .  I still can not fathom how someone could be so heartless to people.  The more I write the more ticked off I get so I better end this now before I say some things I probably shouldnt.   I wish the the best and I hope that you do get your situation resolved  soon.   Please keep us posted on how things turn out for you

My Recent Experience with the Children's Wear Shoppe

I would like to add my own experience I recently had with the children's Wear Shoppe.

I was sent an email from the Children's Wear Shoppe advising that they sell genuine brand name children's clothing.

I recently made a purchase from the Childrens Wear Shoppe on the 8/10/2012. It was agreed via email that the cost of 1000 pieces of mixed brands of clothing from new born to size 8 would cost $4500US with free shipping to Australia.

Upon receipt of the two boxes I sorted and itemised them onto a database. I did a final count of the items and it appeared to have 412 pieces of clothing missing. I immediately contacted Hiliary the new business owner of the Childrens Wear Shoppe advising her that I received the delivery of two boxes however there were 412 pieces of clothing missing. I also explained in my email that some of the items sent were over the size requirement I specified in my email prior to purchase. In my email, I specifically asked for a mixed lot of brands advertised in her email that she sells including Carters, Crazy 8, Old Navy, Gap and Disney however, I only received Gymboree, One item of Crazy 8 and The Childrens Place. The Gymboree clothing sent, does not suit my requirements. For a majority of the Gymboree clothing there was only one style in one size. This is useless to my company as I require a number of the same size in the same style in many sizes.

I attempted to call Hiliary on a number of occasions to discuss the issues with my delivery as I had no response via email, but she you did not answer. I then sent a follow up email on the 24/10/2012 stressing that I felt that it was not my order for the above listed reasons.

With repeated attempts to call and email her I finally reached her. Hiliary advised that she would send me replacements for the items that were too big but will investigate what happened to the missing items. After constant emails requesting an update of this issue Hiliary finally provided me with a tracking number for the replacement items however, there is no parcel attached to this tracking number.   

One of Hiliarys emails that I received clearly states to me that she will not be replacing the missing items as she has documented what she sent me and it equals 1000 pieces of clothing.

I have requested three times for Hiliary to send this document with this information so I can verify what I actually received against what I was sent to see where the problem lies however, I have not yet received this document.

I contacted Australian Customs Authority to gain advice in this situation.

I was advised to weigh the total purchase I had received from the supplier and verify this against the total weight identified on the shipping invoice. If the purchase weighs the same as the amount documented on the invoice then this is a good indication and evidence to support your claim of the missing items.

With this advice on hand I weighed the purchase on two completely different weighing machines. The weight given reflects what was on the shipping invoice.

I have sent emails to other suppliers asking what would be the total weight 1000 pieces of clothing would be. I believe there is a clear discrepancy between the weight of my order from the Childrens wear Shoppe and that of another supplier.

 I have emailed Hiliary trying to come to an amicable decision however she refused and has accused me several times that this is extortion of additional goods.

I am not out there to rip anyone off; I solely want what I have paid for and I have all the evidence to support this. 

I empathise with the lady that wrote the original review, it is very disheartening when something like this happens to you. All I can say is keep your head up (kind words I received). Your review has been seen by me and will be seen by many others.   

I would just like to warn people out there to reconsider when ordering anything from this company.

I have never heard of this site before and find it interesting. I was just surfing looking around in kids clothing and got directed to Rip Off.

I'm not sure how this site can help people to get their money back as that's not why I'm here.  I don't lnow any of you people. 

I registered for this site so I could comment on the emails and all the information I have read and re read.

LouAnn,  you need to take your information to a different source to get some immediate action taken.  Your losing money and clients and are now forced to live on less money because you were taken advantage of. 

There's not anywhere in the information supplied to Rip Off to where The Childrens Wear Shoppe tried to resolve anything with you.  You can make them liable for the money your losing by not resolving and recognizing the problem.

I know for a fact that Lou Ann has tried on several occasions to contact Amanda The one time that she did get a response she was told that she could not exchange the items nor would she get a refund  so I can see why she is so upset over this  Amanda and her so called company talked a good game to LouAnn and had her believe that if she did business with her she would not regret it Well we see where that went   Now she has a box of misfit iems that she is stuck with  As I have said in the past  if Amanda was any kind of real business owner she would have made things right  I am a true believer that what goes around comes around  and one day this will come back and bite Amanda in the you know what  and just because the company is changing its name doesnt mean the same thing isnt going to happen to someone else Now you tell me how a woman on SS raising 2 small grandchildren is supposed to feel about all this  If Amanda would have made things right the first day she was called on the mishap things would be ok

The Childrens Wear Shoppe refused

As indicated in the emails ,  from the minute I opened the box there was nothing more I wanedt than to be able to return the wrong shipment and be refunded my money.  Unfortunately, The Children's Wear Shoppe refused me to return the shipment.  Amanda's statement to me was that she packed the shipment herself in one box and was sure I had mis counted and that she didn't take returns.  I asked her if she would make an acception in this case beings it was the wrong order shipped.  She asked for pictures and said there were some outfits in the pictures and she was comfortable with the order that she shipped.



There were 5 outfits up to size 5 in the pictures I purposely placed on top of each size so she could see.... It wasn't what I ordered in sizes or season's.  I recieved all the remaining shipment in random items mostly infant duplicates.  I wanted outfits... in particular sizes and season's. This was one of the things that sat their Company apart from others. This shipment was for my "Back To School" line and was 90% for children sizes 5 to 16 in outfits. 



I spent a great deal of time( over 6 months)  talking with Amanda over the phone and emails explaining in detail what I wanted in the clothing line for my existing clients.  There should have been no confusion in my order as besides all the conversations there was an invoice also sent.



She was to send to my clients in Colorado a shipment of 3 lots of Back to School Clothing.  The shipment never made it.  Amanda wasn't sure how she mailed it when she took it with her to Chicago on the plane and mailed it herself while on a business trip.   Said she lost the receipt after it was mailed and wasn't sure how she shipped it UPS -Fed ex- USPS just wasn't sure.  



She's never made any attempt to justify any of this transaction with me.  Said she would get back to me but has never made the effort. Why hasn't she made any attempt to contact me or answer emails?  I don't know.  Mistakes can happen, I understand but, to completely avoid the situation?  



This transaction with The Childrens Wear Shoppe has cost me customers and a great deal of money.  I  refunded my clients their money as they never got their shipment as promised.   She's been sitting on my $1,000.00 plus $49.00 money transfer fee and the $40.00 shipping fees totaling $1,089.00 since August 6th ,2012 and I'm just ready to move on and put this behind me.   The shipping box measures 18x18x18 ( also printed on the box).  There's no way a box of this size is going to accommodate 240 items.  It did however accommodate enough room for the 141 items that were shipped that I didn't order and have no use for. 



Everything I have stated is true including the clothing not having the "original authentic tags".  I was wanting the nice brown original tag with pricing and not the tacky white tag with no price.  I really was opposed to outlet items for my "Back to School" lineup and this was also known.  



It's taken me 2 years to build the clientele I had and to have" The Childrens Wear Shoppe" literally destroy what I've worked so hard for isn't setting lightly with me.  



To me, an Honest, Professional Company wouldn't show a" phony ficade" to Professionalism.  I'm very disappointed in the transaction and just don't know what to think.  Why hasn't anyone from this Company contacted me to resolve this or at least discuss it? 





It's created a tremendous hardship for me in the fact I'm out over $2,000.00 and I've lost 4 customers.  These funds are the only available for me to purchase the Gymboree Clothing and The Children's Wear Shoppe is costing me more money everyday I'm not able to have my order properly corrected.  



Having my order filled in the sizes I indicated on the invoice with all outfits with no duplicates would be acceptable to me except I'm still out the additional $1000.00 I had to refund my clients.  I've lost a lot of money here by not getting this resolved in the past month and 1/2 as it's forced me to stop working as The Childrens Wear Shoppe transaction has cost me dearly.



 You have to understand my frustration here.  I just knew this was the Company I wanted as a Supplier for many years to come!!



I don't know, Your on the outside looking in, any suggestions?

We live in a world that is so violent, aggressive, sharp and negative.  We rarely see the good that people, companies and organisations do for one another let alone hear about it. Society has somewhat become immune to the poison of negativity coming from every direction on a daily and hourly basis be it from the media or social forums such as this.
 
Rather then threatening to expose an individual and company for something that can be discussed, negotiated and sorted maturely; wouldnt it make sense to just talk civilly like you have prior to close out the matter?  LouAnn, you mention that you are going to send the items back to Amanda more then a few times in your repeated dialogue, have you done so? If not, why not?
 
If I wasnt happy with the products that I received, I would have just picked up the phone and had a professional, aggressive less conversation with the shipper to advise them that the product is not what I was expecting and would be interested in sending the items back to avoid any additional time lost.  Im sure the shipper would understand that we all have different interpretations of spring, fall, summer, winter and we all have different styles and outfit co ordination (some worse then others but thats not the point), and would have worked with you to get you what you want or to refund on the basis that the product is shipped back in its original state.
 
Furthermore, As I previously stated, I have worked in just about every angle of the fashion industry and over the years I have built my business using only the most reputable suppliers from around the globe, some in countries that you wouldnt even know of, The Childrenswear Shoppe being one of them. My business only deals with genuine high end 100% authentic brands for which all are supplied by THE CHILDRENSWEAR SHOPPE. I have a team of employees that certify each item that has come from all my suppliers including the children swear Shoppe and ALL have been deemed COMPLETELY AUTHENTIC.
 
LouAnn, I think you need to be a little bit more mature and stop looking at ways to exploit any further business to CWS. Why dont you pick up the phone and talk it out, anybody can hide behide a computer screen and type until the cows come home  ( yes including me).

Your comment about retagging is somewhat desperate sounding considering you never referenced this in any of your prior entries. Its clear that you dont have much experience in this area, however, accusing a legitimate company, or corporation of fraudulent activity when they are not is actually a Defamatory Statement under state law. It can actually get you in far more trouble then you will expect.
 
Start setting an example Ladies, We are quick to jump down each others necks and we are always ready to fight, why dont women start leading the force by being peaceful and mature rather then negative and aggressive with the intent to harm all the time.

Refusing to deal with the very simple fact that you took my money for specific orders and sent me random items not of sizes or seasons ordered and no back to school outfits is very strongly indicating your a fraudulent Company and people need to be aware of you.

 Let's not forget that you say that 240 items will fit into a 18x18x18 size box.  Besides not being what was discussed for 6 months and not being at all what I ordered nor the quanity of my order. This shipment was  short 109 items.  Another indication your a fraudlent Company.  

I will explore every avenue to expose you and your Company (whatever you chose) to the public so hopefully, they won't have the experience that I had with you and your fraudulent Company.

It may cost me a lot more than what I'm out but, one way or another I will get my $1000.00 returned to me and you will be returned your random, re-tagged items. I didn't order this lot of clothing and have no use for it.  You indicate your items have" original tags" Amanda Cranston.  Another indication your a fradulent Company.  Don't you know, the practices your showing just isn't legal?

Mark my word, I will prove it!

Well Jessica  am glad to hear that you had no problem with your order. But as I stated before I arrived at LouAnns home shortly after her order was delivered and saw exactly what was sent to her. Did you ever stop to think that you had no problem with your order because of you being a business owner hmmm    With LouAnns order, it was delivered in damaged box, wich granted may not have been Amandas fault  but the way the items were thrown in it was her fault. Also, the items that were ordered were not sent. I was there when LouAnn was on the phone with Amanda and heard her say that the items that were to go to Colorado  SHE had sent herself and when LouAnn asked for tracking # was told it couldnt be found at the time.  I was also there when Amanda told LouAnn that the package was sent by FedEx then she changed her story to it was sent UPS    LouAnn IS NOT trying to extort money or merchandise from Amanda all she wants is what she paid for.  I have seen the Emails that were sent back and forth between the 2 of them and the list of items that LouAnn sent to Amanda and what she got IS NOT what she ordered and when LouAnn called to let Amanda know It was like Amanda didnt care. She already got her money so why should she

My Name is Jessica; I am the owner of a styling and personal shopping business in Australia and met The Childrens wear Shoppe on an international trade forum.

My experience with Amanda Cranston has been nothing short of proficient and professional. I am a very long way away from the United States and to be honest reading through some of the ridiculous claims against Amanda and her business is not only deformation of character but also is defaming, where I come from, its illegal. Im sick of hearing about genuine honest people getting stuck in the middle of scam artists.all I have to say is shame on you.
 
Anybody who knows me, knows I am very particular with my products and have very specific guidelines that make my request almost impossible to be met. Anybody who has worked with me would be the first to explain that I can be challenge, but only because i know what my clients want and need from my service. Amanda NEVER once dropped the ball nor did Amanda screw up with any of my shipments. To be honest, Amanda has been the most pleasant supplier to work with and trust me when I say that I am not an easy business woman to deal with. Furthermore, I place very big orders with The Childrenswear Shoppe so if anybody was going to be a target it would have been my company, simply because $1000 is what we spend with our eyes closed on orders.
 
I have had nothing but the best service with Amanda and let me tell you, those of you who are reluctant to order because of a few ridiculous comments from a victim, you will regret it.
 
I would like to personally thank The Childrens Wear Shoppe for all your on going efforts and for always going the extra mile. You will be a Supplier to my company for as long as I am in business.

This is the first time that I've gotten the email with the tracking number.  I do see this is my order for Kansas.  I'm wondering about the order that was to go to Colorado?  They haven't recieved anything.  Was this mailed?   I completely understand your not a 24 hour operation!  You have been great to work with me.  I deposited the $1000.00 to your account yeaterday morning.  I was under the impression in previous conversation with you that 3 lots were to be mailed to Colorado and recieved by Monday.  You also indicated my order was ready for shipment.

We talked about you overnighting and that's the last I heard about it. I had no idea it was so costly or that you were filling another order ahead of my previous one.   Perhaps a quick email to me summarizing what was going to take place would have filled the gap of communication.  I do have confidence in you Amanda or I wouldn't have sent you money. 

 I have lost a good customer as they never recieved the clothes and have chosen to buy elsewhere.  You can understand my frustration.   Looking forward to getting the clothes and I'm sorry for the hassle.       LouAnn

I have gone through the clothing and have counted 141 items in the lot.  Another indication this is not my order!  These items are nothing I wanted or can use so I'm sending them back to you as I indicated in previous email.  Please let me know about the order I placed. 

My customers are expecting these clothes.  I only had 4 customers in association with this lot and you just can't imagine the disappointment when it's not what was ordered!

I wrote to The Children's wear shop in reference to the pictures of the clothing I received that I didn't order. Also, where was my shipmentor tracking #'s to Colorado?

Just wanted to touch base with you to be sure you have gotten the pictures I sent lastnight.  The clothes are really cute just not what I ordered.  The family that moved to Colorado have not gotten any clothing shipped to them as of today.  Called Fed Ex and they have no record of a shipment to that name or address on today's or last 2 weeks bill of ladings. 

These people are understanding and all they are running out of time as school started there today. My other 2 clients I had in Russell have chosen another buyer online. It's disappointing and I'm just as anxious as you are to get this resolved and move forward.

Let me know your thoughts so more time isn't lost.  Thanks Amanda PS This past several weeks I feel like we've been in the "Twilight Zone"  LOL

Ref To my tracking 's and pictures

Thank you, yes I did receive the pictures. You originally told me that you received no fall clothing but these pictures show long sleeve tops and sweaters in addition to summer tops, skirts and shorts.  You also told me that there were no outfits but the pictures show outfits as well.

In your order you requested certain sizes for a portion of your order then you stated that you don't care about the rest of the sizes. Any sizes.

I'm looking at the pictures and I see Gap, Gymboree, Carter's, TCP. All are authentic and and brand new with original tags.

I do have a new order for your Colorado customers and will have it to you shortly. I will email you the tracking number as soon as I have it, per our discussion it will be coming to you first and you can forward it to them. It will consist of summer/ fall for back to school in the sizes you requested.

You and I have talked for months now about you being my supplier and that I was wanting to buy "outfits" in particular sizes summer and fall mix for back to school lineup to re-sell.  I indicated that I wanted particular sizes and season's with the invoice that was sent twice to you. I picked you as a supplier and was so happy that after over a year in searching I found just what I had been looking for. We've had many conversations over the phone and e-mail speaking of what I wanted- a supplier that would offer outfits in the sizes I needed and the season's. 

My invoice was as follows: 10 items = 5 outfits in Girl's summer size 14 1612 items = 6 outfirs Girl's summer and fall  14-1612 items = 6 outfits Boy's summer and fall 14-1610 items = 5 outfits in summer 4T10 items = 5 outfits (5 in pants and 6 in shirts)10 items = 5 outfits boy's summer ( 6 in pants and 8 in shirts)20 items = 10 outfits summer 24 months to 2 T10 items = 5 outfits Girl's 6T This would total 47 outfits or 94 items.  The remaining 166 items or 83 outfits were to be in lots of 7-10 outfits per size combination of summer and fall. 

I received only fall or long sleeved in the 0-3 months the 3-6 months and the 6-9 months. The only long pants I received were 4 pair in 18 months all the same and 4 pair in 24 months all the same.

As far as the outfits there was one outfit in the 6 month (a blue onsie with a skirt).  There was also an outfit in the 2 yesrs being a sleeveless flower print with plaid shorts. There was also an outfit in the 12-18 months (short sleeve shirt with striped shorts in girl's). There was an outfit in 4T( being a girl's black and white striped shirt with a black ruffle skirt.)  There was an outfit in the crazy 8 jumper in 4-5. That's a total of 5 outfits out of the 141 items or 70 outfits plus one item.

 I did receive with the 141 items: premie- one boy's shirt long sleeve0-3 months- 16 items- a pink gingham with a hat.-15 items being boys- 4 blue sweates all duplicate.-1 lime green short sleeve shirt- 1 red chopper rally shirt-4 long sleeve shirts with woods creek hiking team on them-all duplicates-and-4 onsies all boy's and duplicates

3-6 months- 15 items 4 red long sleeve onsies all duplicates-one whie my first xmas-2 blue onsies girl's with snow bunnies on them-2 girl's sleeveless shirts- 2 boy's long sleeve shirts one blue and one white- 2 girl t shirts one green with a lady bug and one blue and white stripe with stars- one long sleeve orange so yummy on it and one short sleeve blue boys with a shark on it. 6-9 months 8 items 3 long sleeve white xmas shirts girl's- one long sleeve sweatshirt no hood boys- 3 long sleeve boys t shirts with woods creek on it and one long sleeve blue with a duck on it.

6 months 3 items  - one onsie girl blue- one flower print skirt this was one of the outfits.and one boys dark green t shirt.

6-12 months 18 items - 11 girl's onsies all duplicates - 2 boy's onsies short sleeve with orange robot both the same-1 girl's pink shorts w cherries on it- one sleevless shirt with an ice cream on it-2 boy's t shirts one says big brother and one stripe-one girl's shirt with tulips on it. 12-18 months- 11 items- 1 boy's shorts rust in color- 1 girl's shorts with flowers- 1 onsie girl's with butterfly on it-1 short sleeve shirt with 1 striped shorts girls this was one of the outfits.-4 sleevless tanks- 1 white T plaid collar and one lime green T with shark on it

18-24 months 15 items4 red sleeveless (little digger) Boy's - 2 gray top dog shirts short sleeve- 4 boys shorts (1 blue-2 red -1 rust) - 1 flower shorts girl's- 1 stripe shorts girl's- 1 white  T with tulips on it girl's1 pink sleeveless with pelicans on it- 1 yellow T with dogs girl's.

2T -11 items   1 plaid shorts girl's -1 orange sleeveless tank this was an outfit. -4 pair girls shorts no matches.- 1 sleeveless girl's shirt- 1 pink girl's gap shirt- 3 pair boys shorts -1 plaid- 1 gray- 1green.

2 years- 11 items1 sleeveless shirt with flowers- 1 pink gap t shirt- 1 plaid girl's shorts ( this was an outfit) 1 sleeveless sun shirt- 1 boy's green shorts- 1 boy's gray shorts-1 boy's plaid shorts- 1 girls pink shorts with pink and blue flowers emblem on it.

( this was an outfit).

4-5 - 14 items-  1 T shirt Boy's gray stripe-2 pair girl's shorts( one pink and one purple)- 1 pink and white hello kitty skirt- 1 pink and white polka dot skirt- 1 flower print skirt - 1 blue and pink reverible bloomer shorts -1 pink sparkle shirt -1 tank with green trim- 1 crazy 8 jumper (outfit) 1 lime green T - 1 pink girl's T- 1 gray tank gray 1 white sleeveless with a surfer girl on it. ruffle skirt.( this was one of the outfits)

8- 1 item boy's stripe T shirt. This is a total of 141 items that I received and you can match the pictures with the description and total it.  We had the huge mess with Western Union of them wiring the money the wrong way on the 27th of July. I received the money back from Western Union on the 3rd which was on a Friday and had to wait until Monday the 6th to go to the Bank of America and put the funds of $1000.00 into your account.  This was to purchase 260 items = 130 outfits.We had talked over the phone that you were going  to send the girl's lot 14-16 summer lot of 6 outfits and the boy's summer and fall lot of 6 outfits. You were also going to send the Girl's lot of 5 outfits fall in 6T.  This was to go to the Colorado address I gave you.

The shipment never made it to Colorado nor did I receive a tracking # for it. The invoice indicated this was to purchase 260 items being a total of 130 outfits. The shipment I received isn't in the outfits as we agreed on and it's short 109 items = 54 outfits plus 1 item.

 I would very much wish to return this shipment to you which I paid $40.00 to get it to me as this isn't what we agreed on or talked about for so many conversations via email and telephone.  I would just like to start over with my order and have it be what we discussed originaly.

I've had so much time with this not being resolved that most of this would have to be sold next year as summer is about over.  As we discussed many times this was my first big order for me and to have it like this is heart breaking to me as I can't sell these clothes as I wanted because it isn't what I ordered. Please give me a prompt response to get this resolved and move forward with the long time customer relationship we had also talked about so much in great detail.     LouAnn

I arrived at the house shortly after she recieved the damaged box of unfolded clothes.   We went thru the items together  counted and sorted them. There was only 141 pieces and only 5 that could be matched. She is not extorting fom this so called company she just wants what she paid for or her money back  This woman is trying to raise 2 of her grandchildren while living off the little that she gets from social security.   

If The Childrens Wear Shoppe was any kind of business they would do what it took to make it right.   There is nobody I know of  including myself that would purchase an outfit that you had to match a 6 mo old with a 12 mo old item and the brand names do not match with each other.   We took pictures of the items and emailed them to the so called owner of this company  so I know exactly what was sent to her    

And another thing  I was there when she called  ( on numerous occasions) and heard her being told that the items  were sent Fed Ex  then was told  they were sent UPS   and heard the conversation how the tracking # had been lost  and when it was found would be sent to her  and that the items that were to go to Colorado hd personally been sent by the owner of The Childrens Wear Shoppe  So if anyone is trying to extort anything it is The Childrens Wear Shoppe

You say, I cannot change my mind after I received my order and request something new!  I'm not seeing where I did this please explain this to me.

You personally packed my order and your 100% sure that the full amount was included and that it was well documented what was included.

My reply to this statement:

You've no doubt packed a lot of orders to be shipped and have several size boxes for your shipping needs.  My shipment box measures 18x18x18 .  There is little room in the box to get more clothing into the box without stuffing the box. With this size of box there is no way 240 items will begin to fit.

One way of proving this is for me to be videoed with the box and it's contents and take the items out one by one while counting them.  That would prove the number of pieces I received and that I'm telling the truth!

I received no shipping invoice in the box of unfolded items I received. Perhaps your speaking of the shipping invouce thats attached.

It does have some information but I would not consider this well documented.  When I ship an order I send client pictures along with description of sizes and season's they've selected.

I also include a shipping invoice with each order.  MY opinion this process makes the transaction "well documented".

Because the box was not opened or damaged ( I did tell you over the phone that the box was split about 3" on a seam in the side uppers corner.  Not enough room for clothing to be lost)  that my entire order shipped.

Please refer to box size shipped and # of items ordered. If you've only acted in "Good Faith" for this transaction Why is any of this happening?

It's stated my math is wrong, and so is the amount of pcs. that I stated I ordered.

In the original conversation over the phone, you said that my shipping was free with my first order and that my order would consist of 260 items.  I ended up being charged $40.00 for the shipping fees and the number of items decreased by 20 items.  I didn't make a big deal out of this!

Your Right! I said I was to receive 260 items and the correct amount according to your invoice you sent to me via e-mail is 240 items.  This would be 120 outfits not 130 outfits.

As far as the shipment to Colorado I'm not going to argue with you how the order was shipped.

If you recall in a previous phone conversation with you about the Colorado Shipment to my Client.  You weren't actually positive if you sent it Fed Ex or UPS.  You couldn't remember how you Shipped it.  You lost the receipt in Chicago where you mailed this out of.  Why would such a Company as yourself take a shipment on a plane with you to have to take it yourself to be shipped.  You also indicated to me in a phone conversation that "There are trucks in and out of your Business all day long".  Couldn't you have had your staff mail this out?  Makes little sense to me.  Please tell me why this is.

At any rate, this isn't acttually the issue.  I feel the issue is:

Where is my shipment to Gill Colorado?  If you keep "very accurate"records as you indicate in paragraph 1- this shouldn't be a problen to tell me where the shipment is?  To date nothing has been received!

You also state you could go line by line on the statements by "myself" showing the "inaccuracy's " I've stated.

You feel it would create a post to long for anyone to want to read through.

I've included the copies of the emails from you and I concerning our conversations over the transaction.

Please do go line by line to point out my innaccuracy's.  Alll the information with proof needs to be supplied regardless of how long the report is!!

You indicate you've attempted to work with me but after several story changes and threats from me that you have decided that I'm acting in "Bad Faith"and attempting extortion!!

I believe the copie's of emails and pictures prove otherwise.

The threat your speaking of is no doubt the email I sent to you after having no response to my emails and phone calls for 2 days.  I asked you if you wanted me to take this to another level to get a response from you.  I thought you should be notified of my intentions as you were ignoring the situation.

How is your offering of being able too supply several customers with willing references to new customers via phone or email relivant  here? 

It's not my intention to attempt to ruin your reputation of an honest Business by acting in "Bad  Faith".

I believe your actions are ruining your Business Name not me!!  If so, please tell me where this has been done and if so I sincerely appologize.

I just want this transaction justified in a timely manner as this has cost me a great deal of "heart Ache" and a lot of my money not even mentioning my clients I've lost because of it!

paragraph 3 that you wrote:

Does the invoice not indicate that I stated the remaining pcs. I needed in any size but, I wanted outfits (enough pcs to make a nice lot of 7-10 outfits).  Summer and Fall

It's further stated that my order consisted of Summer and Fall as requested.

Please see attached photo's that are labled with description I sent to you of what I received.

It shows my order wasn't what I wanted at all.  Where are the 7-10 outfits per size and Season to make my "lots" of clothing?

It's also stated I then decided after I received my order that I did want the sizes received.

Please see attached email from me to you with 2 dated 8-10/12 and one on the 14th showing in writing I didn't want the clothing I received.

Where have my stories changed?  Am I missing something?

Response to The Childrens Wear Shoppe in numerous postings as the report wouldn't send repeated times and was lost.

Children's Wear Shoppe you indicated in your first sentence that you were a Professionsl and honest Company. 

Even though it was a misfortunate transction with Western Union ( Which I had your approval to send this way even though you didn't accept western union any longer) I feel the statement you made in reference to your Company not having anything to do with me having to drive 60 miles round trip to deposit funds into you Business Account is true.

The fact is you received my payment of $1000.00 and there really wasn't another option for me.  If I wanted to purchase from you I needed to figure out how to accomplish this within your guide lines.

In paragraph #2  you indicated that I'm constantly changing my stories in the fact of what I received.

Stating that I received Summer and NO Fall items but in reviewing the pictures( sent to you upon your request) you saw where there were pictures of outfits.

You feel this proves I received sweaters, pants ,long sleeve shirts, etc. and also including outfits.  You also feel that I only show a small portion of the clothing sent to me and because of this I'm not stating the truth.

We are an honest and professional company offering only 100% authentic designer merchandise. LouAnn placed an order, and because she does not have a bank account she drove to a bank branch in order to deposit her payment in our business account after Western Union (which we do not accept) did not properly wire the funds to the business account. How far she drove in order to make her payment has nothing to do with The Childrens Wear Shoppe. This was how she chose to make her payment for her order.

The stories from LouAnn are constantly changing. She first stated that she received only summer and NO fall but when I asked for pictures (because we do keep very accurate records of all shipments in case of a situation like this and I wanted to compare what she was claiming) she sent them and it proved that she did in fact receive sweaters, pants, long sleeve shirts, etc. She did also receive outfits. The pictures she sent has outfits put together! (She only shows a small portion of the clothing she received but it shows she is not stating the truth). She stated that the clothing could be in ANY size, outside of the certain requested sizes and seasons. Her order consisted of Summer and Fall as requested. I asked her specifically and got in writing that the remainder of her order could be any size. She then decided after she received her order that she did want the sizes received.

When ordering wholesale most of the time you are not able to make any special requests. However, we do offer that option, and that is what sets us apart from much of our competition. You can not change your mind after you receive your order and request something new. I personally packaged her order and I am 100% sure that the full amount was included. It is well documented what was included. She stated that the box was not damaged and had not been opened prior to her receiving it. Therefore, her entire order was shipped. We have acted only in good faith for this transaction.
LouAnn- your math is wrong, and so is the amount of pc's that you state you ordered. Secondly, I have never stated that the order was shipped to Colorado via FedEx it was shipped USPS. I could go line by line on the statements by LouAnn showing the inaccuracys but that would create a post to long for anyone to want to read through. I have attempted to work with LouAnn but after several story changes and threats from her it has been decided that she is acting in bad faith and attempting extortion. She is also acting unreasonable.  

We have several loyal customers that  are willing to offer references to new customers via phone or email. It is not right that someone can attempt to ruin the reputation of a honest business because they are acting in bad faith.
