In order to "build" business Mr Egan purchased route for Blue Ash, Indian Hill, Montgomery and Kenwood area from the Milford office. Knowing that this route could take upwards of 45 minutes to reach some houses from shop location. Mr Egan only pays 15 minutes of drive time from shop and to each house and back to shop. He maintains that the drive time balances out because some houses may only be 5 minutes away but in all actuality you may only have a house like that once or twice a week. For about 4-6 girls at a time we drive 4 to 5 days to the "long route" on one week and about 3 out of 5 days the next week. Any moron can calculate on Map quest the addresses we go to from the shop to 1st house and so on. Not only that but most definetely the amount of mileage you accrue does not coincide with the time you are paid. We all know about MPH don't we. Unless you want to fly down the highway going 70-80 mph like he does. Unfortunately if you are uneducated you are taken more advantage of!! Especially for people who claim to be good Christian people!

There's then the drug addict, stealing employee's he hires. Nope he doesn't do background checks or he'd know some of us shouldn't even be on the road legally endangering fellow employees that ride with them, employess also partake in doing drugs in the car from house to house showing up high reeking of pot. There's an employee who fully admitted to many employees that she indeed did spend time in prison not once but twice or more for felony theft etc. BEWARE!!! You may be told that he's not out to rip anyone off but if you can do any math at all you'll soon be saying "SEE YA!!!"
