The College Network takes advantage of individuals unfamiliar with online college enrollment by contacting individuals seeking to continue their degrees at Excelsior College. The salesperson claims to offer the only study material for the program you're seeking then rushes you to sign a contract to take advantage of a discount about to expire. They obtain your banking data for auto withdrawals, and a cancellation of contract offer within three days that they refuse to honor.
When I inquired with Excelsior College as to why I had to pay separately for study material I was told by admissions that all study material was included directly from Excelsior College.

I canceled The College Network contract within 3 days, had this notarized, mailed overnight express. Despite this, The College Network mailed me boxes anyway that were immediately returned unopened, confirmed by tracking numbers to have been returned, but I am still being denied by Bernard Shrader, Director of Customer Relations to be released from the $3013.20 contract. The College Network received payment from United First Federal Financial Corporation for my contract.
