Paid this company in full for incorporating a business. New business never did any business and was allowed to dissolve, but Company Corporation continued to bill me for representation. When told that I didn't want or need their services, they had collection agency start collection proceedings. They literally have hundreds of similar complaints about them. It appears that they are happy to resolve some while continuing to collect from the ones who don't complain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE LEGITIMATE INCORPORATION SERVICES OUT THERE, BUT THIS IS NOT ONE.
