We immediately disputed the charges with our credit card company, cancelled the credit card account and cancelled the order. If you bought from these guys and didn't get what you ordered (highly likely) - dispute the charges with your credit card company ASAP! Their M.O. appears to be that they string you along with phony excuse emails (zip code problems, customs issues, promises of refunds, etc.) to get beyond the 60 day period allowed to dispute charges. After that, you are stuck. Also, insist your credit card company give you a new card number and close the old account. Don't delay, you don't want this company to have free reign with your credit.
These guys are slick. They sent us a tracking number from the Canadian Postal Service that seemed to indicate the product was on its way. However, when we logged in to Canada Postal, the item had no destination address and that seemed unusual. We clicked on the "email notification" button and got an error that the item had already reached the maximum number of email addresses allowed. It seems they sent the same tracking number to quite a few of us, that maximum email addresses error gave it away.
We were lucky, we figured it out fairly quickly. Do not buy from them!! But if you did, dispute the charges and close your credit account right now.

Recent bust did NOT put theDVDPlanet.org out of business

So since December 19 - they are still responding to emails - or their email robot is still responding to emails.
Make sure you call the RCMP number referenced and register this company as guilty of video piracy with them. Remember ANY product you receive from theDVDPlanet.org - including Postal Money Orders for refunds - need to be held as evidence as part of your piracy report.
Keep after these vampires!
Good luck!
