I purchased a black leather couch made by Natuzzi at The Dump in Irving, TX. I thought Natuzzi was a nice brand, and was comforted by the fact that I was getting (I thought) a quality product. I paid around $900 - that should have been my first clue, but I was really happy to get a great deal. Within a month of having the sofa delivered to my home, the finish on one of the back cushions started to fade and then blister - it looks as though the finish is peeling right off. When I callthe the customer service department, they promptly sent someone to my home to look at it and take pictures. The technician said it lloked to him like someone had put tape on the sofa, perhaps during shipping, and that was the issue. Mysteriously, that comment did not make it into his written report. After two months of followup with The Dump (because theyv'e got to communicate with Natuzzi and that take weeks and weeks, of course), they all decided that it did not come from the manufacturer or the store this way and that something I had done had caused the finsih to peel right off the couch. They absolutely refused to do anything for me.
I wll never, ever buy anything there again and would warn anyone who is considering buyuing from this store that they do not sell quality products and they have poor customer service.
Very Unhappy Customer
