The Franklin Mint Waiting for product ,DISPLAY CASES since July 16,2008. Company keep delaying. Hicksville New York
*Consumer Comment: Display Case Delays
Repeated additional solicitations were received to sign up for more coins, which were all refused. These coins were intended to be presents to get the gift receivers started in coin collecting.
It appears to me, since the additional solictations were declined the Franklin Mint figured they couldn't sell me any more coins and thus kept delaying the shipment of the display cases, with intentions of NEVER following thru, since no additional purchases were made!
The terms of the original sale only required the purchase of the 4 coin set. The company appears to be refusing to follow thru with the original offer. Since the order was made in July I felt comfortable that I would receive the cases by Xmas. I did NOT receive the cases thus requiring to make last minute purchases for alternate gifts.
It is the end of Feb 2009- AND STILL NO CASES!!!
