I was online looking for information for grants and this company kept coming up. They only asked me for $1.95 for shipping and handling, so I did it. I received my cd in the mail on July 7, 2009 and $69.95 was taken off of my unemployment card at 2:04 in the morning of July 8, 2009. I never agreed to pay them 70 dollars and I have sent them an email, just waiting a response.
