Once you look at the CD which is useless, you put it aside and realize you have no instruction or a clue how to use the mostly outdated information. I never looked at it again, but found an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $69.95. When we called to cancel, we were told that it was past the trial period, so they could not refund it.
We will call our bank to see if they can do a "charge back" as we want to refute the charges. We also wrote to the Utah Attorney General to see what he is doing about this ripoff. We would love to help stop these crooks!
