I called to inquire about the 90 free trial and 0% interest on the Jacuzzi bed. I told her right up front if it is for just 1 year I did not want it, she said she was unsure it was based on my credit. After going through the credit check and being approved she started talking real fast I stopped her and said wait! stop everything do not do another thing until you tell me how long the 0% interest is she said oh yes that its for 1 year, I said I told you if it was for the one year I did not want it. (They approved me for over $8,000) She said oh its a credit card and you can use that for 1 year then its 27.99% after that, I said absolutly no way absolult way and do not do another thing I dont want this, I dont want the bed I dont want any of it. She then says Oh well you are approved for the credit card though. I felt like I was talking to a rock. I said NO do you not understand stop everyhting do not give me a card I do not want your card I told you that. I told you to not go through with the card. I must have said it a dozen or so times. I said did you cancel she said "I think so" so she gave me the number to customer service of "THE HELP CARD" I called them they said nothing had gone through, I told them good because I do not want the card went through explained the entire thing and she said she would call if she saw anything- about an hour later she calls back the card had gone through!! I ask her will you cancell please she said yes it is taken care of. I said thank you. 2 days later I get a card in the mail and a letter saying you are our customer and even if you cancel we have the right to sell all your informaiton including your SS#, all information to who ever we want and even if you cancel and are no longer oru customer we can still sell your information. What a scam! Not sure what my options are now -
