I purchased a $600 English pub sign at J Peterman that was listed under "One-of-a-kind" category. All signs in this category were hand-painted. The sign turned out to be a cheaply printed sign, which by its nature is not "One-of-a-kind" product. The company over-billed me for the sign, and refused to return the product saying it was past their return period, even though the product was misrepresented. The return policy on the company's website states, "Absolute satisfaction. Anything less and you get your money back. Period," which is clearly a lie. Moreover, the company had no return period specified on the returns policy page at the time of the purchase. J. Peterman sells overpriced cheap stuff. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
