Left ring for an appraisal on 12/16/11, which was $6,695.00. When I went to pick it up, he gave me the signed appraisal, but said the ring had disappeared. police say they cannot do anything about it. At this time I am just out a valuable ring that my mother left me. Mr. Stroud just can't get away with this. It is theft
