Kris Kelly , uses donations she gets that are suppose to go to animals that need vetting but instead she uses it on herself and keeps the money and when donors ask about the money she says it was lost in paypal even though they have a receipt confirming payment. She also received several grants for a several dogs but kept the money for herself again and told the fosters that the dogs didn't get the grant when they did. She is not an animal rescuer. She has never set foot in a shelter. The people who she give pull rights to are the true rescuers. They save the animals lives Kris does not. Kris has also put many animals to sleep as she does not want to deal with them and lies when people ask about it and says the dog went to a great home with kids and a yard. Kris also extorted money out of several people to save a dogs life. If they didnt pay she would have the dog killed. Too many animals have suffered to many lies have been told by Kris Kelly , its time for justice. The IRS is launching an investigation , as well as the charities that gave her the grants will be prosecuting her, and LA County has been notified of her not getting vetting for dogs and the deaths of so many of them .
