about how to serve someone at work and states that they need to serve my husband. The secretary transferred the phone to my husband and Mr. Greene let my husband know that if he didn't pay him he would have him served. Mr. Greene claimed to be from a law firm and kept threatening my husband with legal action and having him served at his place of employment and how embarrassing that would be for him. Mr. Greene told him the only way to stop him from being served is to give him his credit card information for a payment arrangement and that will immediately stop service. My husband didn't know any better regarding these dirty tactics from collectors and gave him his debit card information, and was told that he would need to sign a contract and that it was going to be sent to his email address. My husband did NOT sign the contract with this company agreeing to a payment plan or authorizing the charge. My husband was under the impression from Mr. Greene that the debit card will NOT be charged until the contract is signed. After further investigation this is not a law office but a company called Triaq Holdings.
Obviously this company is employing scare tactics as a method to get money.
