The Law Offices of Christopher Diener is also owned by Terence Green and Steffano Marrero. The sister, Kathryn Marerro was accepting new payments for new files on April 4th, 2009 - only 2 business days after 20 employees found ourselves locked out of our Mission Viejo branch without pay on April 3rd.

I worked for this company for 7 weeks and took good care of my customers. It did not take very long before we found out that the files were not being taken care of. So we quit bringing in new customers and chose to take care of our existing business only.

Within the first 2 weeks of being employed by Home Relief Services, the company changed legal names and contracts to The Law Offices of Christopher Diener. Of course, being so new to the company, we believed it when we were told that it would be better to have an attorney name as our name to associate with all of the negativity in the modification industry. Since then, the company is holding a new name: US Loan Mod Processing.

It is now April 17th, 2009, and a co-worker was verbally told by Attorney Christopher Diener that we will NOT be getting paid our wages - which of course is illegal. That doesn't surprise me though, because he has 3 rental buildings that he owes landlords for, (not a rumor, I was told by the owner of the building himself), along with the phone company, the advertising companies, and hundreds of other people as well.

Yet, Attorney Christopher Diener lives in one of the highest upscale neighbourhoods in Ladera Ranch, Ca? Only miles from our office which was in Mission Viejo, CA.

After being told that our paychecks may be paid later, and asked to come back to work for them, (because they can't afford to pay the processors without any incoming money from new file sales) - of course, I refused after seeing the fraudulent activity by these owners! I care about my customers, and am so sad that these people did this to not only myself and my co-workers, but HUNDREDS of customers in such a short time!!!

I am going to file a suit against them & I would encourage every customer to do so as well. I personally am going to send a letter with the Attorney's cell phone number, business address & home address to every client that I know. It's pretty easy to find all of this on the internet.

By the way, since then, another new office of theirs opened up just as fast as it closed down in Newport Beach, CA.

I hope these 3 criminals go to jail and the key is thown away!
