well to make things simple they could not help us with our tax matters. And their ads state that if they cannot settle all back taxes, levies,penalties and liens they will pay you $250.00 if they can't settle your taxes for pennies on the dollar.
Since they could not help us i asked them about their ads an I was told that they knew nothing about the ads. But since they could not help us I feel they should pay us the 250.00 dollars.
