The Law Office of Dennis C. McDevitt ripoff Boca Raton Florida

In June 2004 I found myself in financial hardship and was unable to make payment on time. Therefore, I sign up with The Law Office of Dennis C. McDevitt, at 4742 N. W. Boca Raton Blvd., Boca Raton, FL 33431. Phone number 800-825-4903. I began making payment to them in order to sett my accounts.

I received a letter from Mann Bracken Law office in November of 2004, a debt collection agency I forward the letter to Richard Bernard at Dennis Mcdevitt law office. After I received several phone calls from Mann Bracken law office I call Mr. Bernard at Dennis McDevitt. I was told that Mr. Barnard had surgery in October and did not wake up from surgery.
Then I was told that I would be assigned to another agency.

After several call to Dennis McDevitt office I was told that I had been assigned to America Debt Council.

I made several call to America Debt Council and was told that Mr. Wayne Week would be handling my account. When I findly made contact with Mr. Week I was told that no monies was transfer to them just my name and mailing information and that they would be sending me information to sign up with them, but until I sign up with them I was not their client.

Since I was already out of more that a thousand dollars I did not sign up America Debt Council.

I truly hope that something can be done.
