I worked in the Negotiation Department negotiating loan modifications on behalf of desperate homeowners. Chief Counsel David Laurence Prince told me that I would receive a commission check for completed modifications, but was told money was tight and there would be no compensation. I have never seen modifications completed; I think maybe one or two were completed in four months. 

The Executive Assistant misled me several times on responsibilities. Everyday, clients called numerous times asking to cancel services and demanding their money back. The Director of Client Care eschewed clients and never returned their calls. 

Paychecks were doubled taxed and constantly late. David Prince blamed it on ADP services. There is always talk of moving up in the firm but half of the back office was let go before Thanksgiving.
