On October 12, 2013 I visited this company to get a free consultation for my hair. I filled out all the paper work and paid $1575 deposit to get my hair done on October 26, 2013. I cancel this appointment on Monday, October 14, 2013. On Tuesday, October 15, 2013 I was told that I can only get 50% of my money back. The contract stated that I can get 50% back after three days of services. I did not get any services because it was only two days after cancelling.
My ser vices schedule for October 26, 2013. This company has not to this date refund me any money. I was promised by Emily that I would get my refund. She ducks my calls and claims that I received a preliminary treatment which in fact was the free consultation that they advertises in the media. These people draw up contracts that deceives the customer in thinking that their consultation is free when they ri p u off for 50% of your money if you decide to cancel. They are crooks and need to be stop!!!
