The Mortgage Law Group Was hired to do a loan modification, was charged 1195.00 to start and 800.00 dollar increments following monthly.Was ripped off. Internet

They continue to say it was the lender holding up the process, but found out the lender hadn't spoken to The Mortgage Law Group, LLP since August and closed our case. After 6,800.00 dollars to them we are in the process of being forclosed on because all they did was take our money and not help us at all.
When you call their number, no one answers, you leave a message and they return it when they feel like it. We also found out it doesn't cost any money to do a loan modification. If anybody is interested in this company, they are a total rip off and strongly recommend that you call your local Housing Authority instead.
We called the States Attorney Generals office, and the Better Business Bureau to have them investigate their company.
