The NESS Counseling Center, Inc. and Sam Brown in Los Angeles claim to provide helpful services for parents and others but only offer verbal and written harassment while forcing children to suffer from parental loss at the expense of their parents.  They will not tell you their terms or conditions of service over the phone or in writing.  Even when judges call and ask to speak with a supervisor, they are not available.  When they must speak to you due to court orders, they will only provide a circular run around where they waste your time and attempt to take your money with no helpful services provided.

I have personally asked when I could come in and find out more information about their facility but have not been given an answer after many attempts on their site and over the phone.  They will not tell you how you can cancel their services if needed.  Sam Brown, if that is his real name is a bully and has treated me and many other parents that I know in a similar way.  He takes advantage of parents, both fathers and mothers, who are going through difficult times and attempts to make himself sound official and in authority when in reality he is not provide any helpful services and is helping to abuse both parents and their children.

I have exchanged countless emails and phone calls with them and still have not been able to set up a time to visit or find out their terms of service.  I have never received a return phone call even after leaving countless messages at their facility.  I have been able to find helpful services in other parts of Los Angeles but this location is the worst.  Another problem is that their contact information is on many national services as well including 800-799-SAFE -- please call them for other referrals and report the NESS center for harming our community, parents, and children.

Counseling Center Confidential Information And Confusion

I have proof of emails where Sam and his other staff will try to confuse parents by telling each parent the other parent needs to complete something before they will provide the service even through they will attempt to collect your private information and take your money.  It is easy to confuse parents when they are not speaking with each other during a traumatic time and this facility takes advantage of that.  They do not make it easy for children to spend time with their parents and instead create a destructive environment that causes more stress, problems, and concerns for the children. There is much more that I will be sure to post about this center shortly.  They are abusing children and they are causing additional trauma for parents.  Please do your research, do not agree to anything that you know is not right for your child, and find real help from friendly people who do care about keeping children and parents together in a healthy way. This is another example that I found online from another parent who was obviously having problems with the center.  I do agree with everything they have said and the truth is that it is much worse than they describe: please do not go here!!!! please do not put your child or yourself through coming here for any reason. This place abuses children using violent hands, has no training or sensitivity to young children. None. no idea or understanding of a child rhythm, emotional or physical needs. Please contact me if you would like to hear a recording of the type of abuse this organization put children's  through. Every single person i have come in contact with from the reception to most particularly Sam Brown is rude, condescending and bullies. Complete lack of awareness of children with special needs, Sam brown and another male used brute force with my son, i would not trust him with any consulting for adults teenagers or children. It is my opinion that this place represents a complete broken down social service, shame on them and shame on the state of California for supporting this place. i beg of any parent, STAY AWAY FROM any member associated with this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe they should be shut down immediately!!!!!!!! and would sign any pettiton to do so!!!!

a complete diservice to the community, what a shame for an organiztion whos name stands for a "miracle" in heberew, what a shame for any judaic value that this place most def. does not represent!!!! please do not take your young to this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
