I filed a complaint with the MCAD on 8/17/2012 about The Network/Lared due to their unethical approach in handling a real person of domestic violence. Ms. Tina Oza, advocate is a two-faced, mean person along with her Executive Director, Beth Leventhal. I truly believe that the whole organization is based upon the trauma of the workers and they deflect it back on the victims in crisis at the time and if you don't "fit" their cult style of running things, they turn you away and call you an abuser. I think they people that abuse people are the people that work their. ESPECIALLY BETH LEVENTHAL. She is one MEAN, CRUEL, COLD-HEARTED person who has Tina Oza following her around teaching her how to be a mean person like herself.
I submitted a complaint to the MCAD located at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108. I can post this on here now because their is an investigation going on where I proved to the MCAD board and investigator that this cult discriminated me based on my PTSD and emotional distress during my childhood trauma and the trauma that I faced by my ex-partner. The docket # is 12BP03302. So, this is PUBLIC RECORD.
All I can say is that Ms. Oza needs to get a new job and not work with people with domestic violence problems. You can not run a peer led support system when you have been through it yourself. It causes unbiased thoughts from the organization and they supported me as a victim for 6 months and then called me an abuser because Mz. Oza and Beth Leventhal did not like a remark I made. Freedom of speech ladies. Not cult driven. If anyone has had a problem or would like me to post my entire story on here. Leave a message on this section and I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to share. Sharing is good to let others know that this place is a place if you follow mommy Beth's rules you will be safe if not you are 86'd right out the door.
P.S. And again the information about the organization and its directors are public record so I do NOT want to hear that it was obtained any other way. All you need to do is contact the Commonwealth of MASS and get a copy of their Annual Report at One Ashburton Place, Room 717, Boston, MA 02108-1512 or by calling 617-727-9640.
If you are a domestic violence victim DO NOT use The Network Lared unless you want to become outcasted as an abuser later on because you do not play nice in the sandbox.
****Caution is really needed if you want their advice**** Call them and ask them why they would do that to someone. Their hotline number is 617-742-4911
