A resident that moved to the Oaks in 2006 is now moving to April Sound because "There is too much truck traffic through the subdivision and the Neighborhood unrest". That did not come as a surprise to this blogger since there are two industrial businesses in the subdivision. The First is Conroe RV located at 1379 Heritage Ln, Conroe, TX 77304 and the other Located at 1375 Heritage Lane, Conroe, TX 77304. This Business is being operated by RW Loving and has been shutdown twice by Texas DPS by trafficking in illegal scrapped RVs selling them as new. To verify this you just have to check the Montgomery Central Appraisal District web site at www.mcad-tx.org and type in the above addresses.

The Second business is by Chris McDonald of 1302 Heritage Ln, Conroe, TX 77304. Mr McDonald employs illegals and drives through the subdivision 15 and sometimes 25 times in a day at high speed picking up workers and loads. He Claims to be running his business at the end of Fultz road on Land Owned by Mr Nutter but if that were true he wouldn't be speeding through the neighborhood 15 or more times each day doing the things mentioned above.

So there you have it. Businesses against the Deed restrictions being allowed by the President of the POA Mark Parsons at 1250 Heritage Ln, Conroe TX 77304 and Vice president Tina Wienecke of 1267 Heritage Ln, Conroe, TX 77304. Both of them deliberately allow these businesses to operate in the Oaks and when you drive in the subdivision you have a trailer park in the back where Conroe RV is and across the street you have an Redneck truck park. Not the place I'd want raise a child either. There is more and I will continue to update this blog on it.

In short Mark Parsons or Tina Wienecke talk about preserving property values but in reality don't give a care about it because they are friends with the two illegal business operators or they are afraid of personal harm by one of them. More about that later.

Public Records show what is really going on in the Oaks

As a visitor to This Sub-division it is truly remarkable how the rebuttal to the report has so distorted the reality of the situation in this sub-division along with a complete lack of facts.  I  Have witnessed it first hand and after many visits over the years I decided to look into the situation and feel that I must speak out..... and noticed this report.

I suspect that the Rebutter must be a "Friend" of Chris McDonald or his Spouse Khela Dolson who actually Owns the House Located at 1302 Heritage Ln, according to Montgomery County Texas Clerk Filings.  

It is a well known and observable  Fact in the subdivision that the Occupants of 1302 Heritage Lane, Conroe Texas 77304 have and continue to employ Illegal workers.  Now granted they have moved the work site to the end of Nearby Fultz Rd but this was only done after Chris McDonald Assaulted another resident in a public street.   Maybe someone will call ICE to clean up this mess.

Assault?  What assault?  Well According to Montgomery County Records Chris McDonald was infuriated that the other resident took Photos to demonstrate to the POA (whose president lives next door) that there was a violation of Chris McDonald Running his Lawn Care Business out of his home which upon reading the deed restriction available at the county is flat out illegal.  

A quick check of the Montgomery County Sheriff's office has all the information that an objective observer needs Regarding the Assault charges and what happened in addition to the photographs showing Chris McDonald brandished a weapon on an unarmed resident.  

When Further researching the Montgomery County Sheriff's office Records there are numerous citations and calls to that address.  It is frightful to think that someone with young children or whom is elderly move into the Sub-division.

As far as the Oaks being a "Nice Subdivision" this is far from the truth.  I have been visiting my acquaintances nearby for some 15-years and have watched this subdivision slowly but surely deteriorate.  The Main Culprit is the owner of Conroe RV that continues to operate an illegal business in direct violation of the deed restrictions of the POA.  When I have visited I have noted both over the road 18-wheeler's and 12-wheeler's making deliveries in the subdivision to Conroe RV.

Several years back the sub-division worked with the county to take over the roads in the subdivision.  The main reason for this is the heavy traffic that Conroe RV puts on the roads had almost completely destroyed the roads and none of the property owners wanted to pay to repair the road.  I saw it at that time and it was indeed in really bad shape.  

I also saw the road after the county repaved it a few years ago and now today the road has again deteriorated because of the heavy truck traffic and numerous heavy deliveries to Conroe RV.  I remember people and children used to walk and bike down the road all the time.  No virtually no one walks the road and I can only suspect it is due to the heavy traffic.

That brings me to my next point.  Perhaps 4 years ago a property across the street from the illegal Conroe RV Repair Shop was trenched leaving ruts over 2 1/2 feet deep.  I discovered this when reviewing the police reports for the sub-division.  If this is the home that the rebutter is speaking of who wouldn't want to put some sort of obstruction to prevent further damage to their property when the person responsible for the damage attempted to assault you.

Going back even further in the Sheriff's office records we also find that the Owner of Conroe RV was charged with disorderly conduct in an attempt to draw another resident into a fight because they were opposed to his illegal business..... and who was mentioned in the report as co-instigator of this incident.... none other than the firearm brandishing Chris McDonald.

Fast forward a couple of years, according to County Records there was a complaint filed by the Owner of Conroe RV a RW Loving with the county regarding obstructions along the right or way.  The county came out and found a whole slew of violations with encroachments on the right-of- way.  In Chris McDonald had constructed a fence to block view of his illegal business right up to the road was told he had to remove a section of it from the right of way.  Another Resident complained because their fence was in the right of way as well.

So by an objective reading of the Public Records alone it appears there is a POA that selectively enforces the rules to the Favor of the operators of illegal businesses who are also prone to violence. 

Finally, the writer of the rebuttal made two Factual errors.  #1 the Subdivision is Governed by a Property Owner's Association and Not a Home Owner's Association.  #2 The Subdivision is not in the City of Conroe so the City of Conroe has no say in anything about the sub-division whatsoever.  It seems in obvious that as I pointed out the rebutter is friends with one of the illegal business operators.  Oh and Mr or Ms rebutter.... Since I'm not from the sub division I DID walk through he sub division and speak to the residents.  Two ears and a closed mouth gave me all of the information I needed and what prompted me to dig deeper now I know the "Inconvenient" truth I am compelled by my own conscience to give the reader and prospective families the truth about what goes on in The Oaks Subdivision

Reader You can be the Judge.  There are MANY Subdivisions that are nearby that are better suited for families and retirees.

Well just to let whom ever is looking to move into this subdivision, the blogger is providing you false information. The information about the persons who had moved in 2006 due to the bussiness that run inside this very nice subdivision is falsified, Chris McDonald did not reside here at the time and no way have anything to do with it, as far Conroe RV Services they keep there property nice and neat. There is no high traffic thru the streets that was mention by this blogger. As far as I know the Blogger who had posted this, has had a fueds with most residents that reside in this neighborhood.
If this blogger is the son, which lives across the street from Conroe RV Services, has had many violations from the H.O.A. for not keeping his yard up and keeping his house clean of green mold growing on his house. One side of his house that is visiable from the street he has some sort of garden  growing which looks over growin by weeds and vines. He has had the city of Conroe out to his house serveral times for violations for putting tree trunks near the road to block Conroe Rv from driving into there own drive way. His father which lives down the street is always getting his son out of the mess he is in and keeping him out of trouble. Also if this blogger is the one who lives across the street his wife has a bussiness which is ran out of there home, they are delivery trucks coming and going there as well. She has a avon company that she runs from her home.  If you are looking to buy a house here just go by and talk to some of the residents there, they are all friendly and all look out for each other's house while they are gone at work or out of town for vacations.
