I waited about two weeks to see if I had received my credit. I had not so I called and was told that the credit had been requested and to waite 7 to 10 business days.
I waited another two weeks and still no credit. I called again and was told the same thing.
I then received an e-mail stating that the company that processed their credit card returns was out of business and that there was nothing they could do about it.
I have been fighting this since Jan 19,04. They owe me $66.90.
