I am shocked to see this report. As the owner of The outdoor way I have no knowledge of a disatisfied customer and feel this is a harmful hoax.
If the complaitant wishes to get in touch and have this investigated please do so and I will happily discuss it further.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and have never been in anyway abusive or aggressive towards anyone.
