WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Our bus broke down on the side of the highway (common occurrence I soon learned) in Vermont on the way back to NYC. I had informed the driver that all passengers absolutely needed to get back to NYC that night, and had assumed that he had respected my request and called another bus. But they failed to organize another bus to come pick us up, or any other form of transportation to get us home. They were only concerned with how much fixing the bus was going to cost them. The dispatcher said we could organize our own transportation home because they "couldn't find any transportation services in NYC" (are you serious??), and then call him back with a confirmation number and then he would pay for it. So I made a reservation for a car to pick us up, which took me 3 minutes because there are car services all over Manhattan, but when I called back HE HAD TURNED HIS PHONE OFF!! The driver told us that "his bosses didn't like to be bothered late at night" - no matter whether their customers were stuck in the middle of Vermont in the middle of winter. We walked to the nearest Holiday Inn to sleep while we waited for the car service to come pick us up, but the driver had no way of paying for our rooms because his boss had turned off his phone and therefore he could not get a credit card number from him, so we all had to pay for our own rooms. The driver had again assured us that we would be reimbursed though. I returned to the city the following morning, going to work in my pajamas without having slept or showered, and texted the dispatcher (Oneil) for a fax number to fax my receipt to (the ride cost me a whopping $886) - he gave me a fax number that didn't work. I finally got in touch with some girl named Natasha, who was unbelievably rude and had a SERIOUS attitude problem, who told me that I would not be reimbursed for the charges I had incurred after Oneil left us stranded in the middle of Vermont and the driver had told us that we would be reimbursed. This company is completely illegitimate and unprofessional, and the biggest ripoff I have ever encountered - they are complete crooks and now that I look at other reviews I see that there are several other people who have had similar problems. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
