I reserved a bus for the weekend to be pick up in Brooklyn on 4/27 and taking to Atlantic City, we be will returning on the 4/29 back to Brooklyn. The bus was suppose to leave at 7PM sharp. The drive was an hour late. When he get there the EMERGENCY WINDOW will not close, the bathroom doesn't work( unsanitary), and a few of the lights. I call the nasty dispatcher Mr. Frank for the bus I ordered for him to only tell me " Oh well we don't have another bus."
The mechanic Mr. Dave gets on the phone and tells the driver have someone help you fix the window, like who. Mr. Dave speaks my husband, who tell my husband if he can fix the window it would sad time. We don't work for the company, we are paying for a service. Mr. Frank tells the driver to return back to the depot with us on the bus, so that they fix the problem. However the driver had no idea how to get back, with using a GPS. So needless to say we never made there.
The driver was then told to meet another driver in Manhattan, MAYBE he could help, once again to no avail. The nasty dispatcher Frank tell the driver don't move the bus anymore until he gets an imprint of my credit card( ARE YOU KIDDING ME), so I refused and told the driver to take me back to my location, again he was told not to move by Mr. Frank. So Frank decides to call NYPD and tell them we were fighting on the bus(LYING).
Little did they know we were law enforcement, so NYPD did not do anything, however they were in agreement with me that the condition were unhealthy and unsafe. I had to make a decision to inconvenience my guess that paid for hotel stay for the weekend or give my imprint of my card and continue with my trip. It now approximately 10:00pm, and we are still in Manhattan. In the lack of my better judgement I did give the imprint and we proceeded withe trip.
Yes, the window didn't close and non working bathroom. So we froze the entire trip, and we had to stop at a rest stop so that we were able to use the restroom(horrible). We tried to tape up the window with plastic bags, with did not help, we still froze.The driver had no idea how to get to Atlantic City, again using GPS, I did not get to AC until 3:20am. A trip that takes about 2hrs turn into 7hrs.
When arrive at AC, the driver decides he going to let us off on the street claiming he would get fined, if he pulls near the hotel( ARE YOU SERIOUS). Security came and made him move and took us to a side enter of the hotel. (1) GET WORKING BUSES, (2) DRIVER THAT KNOW HOW TO TRAVEL, (3) BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER IS RIGHT? PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, ITS HORRIBLE!!!!
