I called the RX Helper to get help with my medications. They took $ 174.95 out of my savings account. I had not filled out the paper work or signed anything. I since found a place to get my medications for free. I asked the RX Helpers for a refund and they refuse to issue it. Eliza, Rapid City, MI

We take great pride in the work that we do, and hate to see a client upset. In response to the allegations referenced above, it is clearly stated in our terms of service and privacy policy, which was sent to you with your initial paperwork, and accessible on our website 24/7, that the monthly payments are made for our services, and that a refund will take place if a client is denied for the assistance with the pharmaceutical companies. You also did a recording with us, upon your enrollment, acknowledging, and agreeing to those terms and conditions, including the drafting of payments on a monthly basis. Cancelation can take place anytime, but refunds only take place upon someone's denial for assistance. Proof of denials must be sent to us within 120 days of your cancelation for the refund to take place. This was advised to you via our recording verification confirmation, terms of service received in your initial paperwork, and on our website, under the terms of service tab. Once again, we take pride in the work that we do, and if there is anything else we can assist you with in the future, please don’t hesitate to ask.
