The Rocca Gloria Kindel - leasing agent Unprofessional and rude leasing agent Atlanta, Georgia

I moved into the Rocca, an apartment complex in a very nice area of Buckhead. Even those these apartments are over 10yrs old, I wanted to live here because it is a small community with good people- except for the unprofessional manner and rudeness of the long term leasing agent. I have heard her berate her staff- the hard working and kind maintenance men and has run away many assisting leasing agents due to her bullying tactics.

I recently upgraded to a bigger, more expensive unit in which the previous tenant had lived in for 5yrs with a dog and two teenage boys. Prior to moving in, I ask that she made sure the carpet would be replaced. She said she would. On move in day I noticed the carpets had not been replaced as there was dog hair, pee stains and other stains on the carpet. She then lied and said she did not say she would change it. I have heard of many similar instances. My conclusion as to why is that it effects her bonus. Do not move in here or get everything in writing. She is the most difficult and heartless person I ave ever come across.
