The Room Store (Glendale) Bait and Switch- Furniture Quality Glendale, Arizona

On two seperate occasions I have purchased couches and a recliner from the Room Store where I had to return the merchandise due to hard cushions. My mother/law just made the mistake with a reclliner and had to return it for the same reason. My mother/Law like us was buying a sale item that seemed to good to be true.  It seems very likely that what you are sitting in at the show room is of different pad/cushion quality to what is delivered from the manufacturer. 

The Room Store tries to pass it off by saying that the store items are well worn-in and that the items delivered will soften...Believe me, that is BS!  I went to return my Mother/laws chair and mentioned that I was willing to bring the chair back to the store myself and stick it right next to the floor model for side by side comparison. At that point the sales guy got a little nervous and agreed to a full refund including delivery. Do not buy furniture from this operation!
