I'll just sum up my experience by saying, "How terrible is it when a customer servise representative waits to gain sympathy from you, refuses to help you, won't return your call, and forces you to be excessively annoying in order to get you concerns heard by anybody, then everybody.

Waiting for my furniture should have been easy, but it was hard. I received no concrete information, they left the delivery window wide open, and still failed to delivery within the 6 week time window. They delivered my furniture in pieces. I finally settled for a clearance bedroom set, because atleast I knew I could go pick it up and it would be there, and have all the pieces. They refused to refund the money I put down towards my initial furniture choice. They refused to pick up the old furniture, I had requested that they pick it up the same day they delivered it. They took there time with everything.

My baby girl almost pulled the mirror the left leanning uo against the wall on top of herself. There add says that they deliver and assemble, but they did not mount the mirror on the wall. It has been a constant struggle, I am big on customer service, and because I dind't initailly receive any, I became very vigiliant in my persute for answers. I'm in the process of finding out more information. But it's already been to long. Now I'm just in it to see just how bad it will get before they rectify this situation. They will remember me. Meanwhile I am seeking legal council.
