The Roomstore will NOT deliver as promised, will NOT return your calls, and will NOT have a reasonable answer for you! Mesa, Arizona

I purchased furniture 7/31/10 from the store mgr. & was told to expect delivery within 4-6 wks.  On the fourth week I called & the sales girl said "That's weird, there's no information. May I have a manger call you?"  The manager never called so I called again and was told that the manager hadn't been in and then said I could expect delivery the next week, but a manager would still call me.  Mgr. still didn't call so I filed complaint w/BBB and when the store rec'd that complaint, the mgr finally called & left a mssg for me that my special order takes 6-8 wks & he "knew it was frustrating". I told BBB that the store response wasn't acceptable, by this time 8 wks had passed.  BBB closed my complaint as resolved, anyways.  I continued to call store weekly and be told each time that delivery expected THAT week and when nothing rec'd & NO calls from store, I would call again to be told to expect next week. 

It has now been 12 weeks and I called the store, told again delivery delay with no reason and when I asked for a more detailed answer, I was told a mgr would call.  Mgr didn't call, so I called again and asked for someone other than mgr.  I was given to mgr anyways and he said...wait for it.....NEXT WEEK.  I said that I need to know WHY I keep being told this but there is no reason for WHY IT IS ALWAYS THE NEXT WEEK?!  He said the understands my frustration and it's frustrating for him, too and that he has carried my sales slip around with him and follows up daily on it....ummm...WHAT?!  I paid CASH in JULY and it is now mid-OCTOBER & I have NOTHING to show for it!!  He said he took it to their regional mgr who also couldn't get to the bottom of things and that the only answer for me is....you guessed it....NEXT WEEK!
