The Safe Cig does not respond to my complaint to their customer service email address, other than to give me a case number and promise to respond within 36 hours. That was weeks ago, despite several additional attempts to contact them. They do not respond to a message on their customer service phone at all.
Apparently The Safe Cig didn't mind taking my money when I bought the necessary refills even though they are now totally useless!
