The seat has broke 3 times and had to be replaced. They just put a new seat on and it is as hard a rock and they didn't even adjust the arm controls or the foot rest so I can't even touch it. I will not get another wheelchair from then after my 5 years are up (that's how long Medicare makes you wait for another one).
I DO NOT blame the mechanics that do the work but the person/persons who setup the repair work as they tell the mechanics what can and cannot be done and they have to go by that work order.
