John Raines lied because despite mailing cancellation to Glenda on email, she put through the order. She finally replied at around 8:30 a.m. writing that the order was shipped already. I phoned John back the next morning when the charge appeared on my credit card. He sounded more like the shoddy business owner he is this time saying I can refuse the package when it arrives for refund. When they receive teh package, they will refund the credit card. By this time, I don't trust him or his company, which has a nice website but is very deceiving.
I found reviews of these sheets made in China, probably factory seconds, that are being sold as Egyptian without the word "cotton" in most cases to fool consumers into buying junk. Reviews of this item on amazon.com reveal the fraud sales tactic being used to trick buyers who don't want to spend shipping costs to return items.
