The Sheet People American Management Systems, LLC. selling cheap synthetic bed sheets as Egyptian cotton & lying when order cancelled Crown Point, Indiana

 I have just seen some bad reviews about TheSheetPeople. I do not care what anybody says. These sheets are so comfortable, and they come a great variety of colors. When I get into bed at night, it is like slipping into clouds of silky softness. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find Peach sheets without having them custom-made or spending huge amounts of money? It is impossible. But not with TheSheetPeople. The color variety and the softness of the sheets has kept me coming back for years. I have ordered them in all colors and sizes and for many family members. If someone is complaining about the sheets, they must be very well-to-do. As for the average everyday citizen, I am extremely grateful for them.

I have read the complaint listed and the 2 comments that followed. The complaint and the comment that followed seemed to both stem from the web description Egyptian Sheets, if you read this and thought you were getting Egyption Cotton my suggestion is pay better attention. I have purchased 4 sets of sheets from this company, never once thought they were Egyption cotton because they did not state that. I have a split king bed, sheets of any quality are normally more than $70 per set, so when I saw their website I ordered one set to try them out. I thought they were very soft, and was not one bit disappointed. Since then I have ordered 3 more sets for myself and several for gifts, every person I have given them to just rave about how comfortable they are. I would very highly recommend these sheets.

I was surprised to see this review. I bought these sheets and they are the softest sheets I've ever felt. I may never get out of bed again! They also look great. I saw this review when I went online to buy additional sets for all our other beds and our family members as gifts. I don't care what you name them, they are terrific! Also the customer service was great, good communication, fast shipping, everything as promised. I will continue doing business with them and recommending these.

Well, sometime you just get lucky.   I am a sheet novice and really have not idea what kind of sheet means what, etc.

I needed twin XL sheets in August last year for my 16 yr old, and every store was sold out due to kids going back to college.

Had no idea what I was doing but there came up The Sheet People website and they had in stock ivory color twin cotton sheets.  Kid approved them online, and took a look at the package (looked good) and the sheets (looked good) and put the on his bed, a temperpedic matress if that makes any difference

Go figure - my kid LOVES them.  He runs very hot in body temperature

Now a year later they are still good to go, shall I say he has had any issues; he would ask for another set if they ripped or if he did not  like them

Now buying a few sets for college and a summer set for my bed

Go figure:  Kid wants the same type of sheets for his college dorm room as he has at home, whatever they may be, cheap, made in India (for sure), high quality, I have no idea

They are holding up really well, and the kid loves them, and they were not too expensive

So cannot comment on authentic thread count, authentic Egyptian Cotton, know they are made in India but just about all textiles are made in china or india

All I want is a set of sheets that my kid likes and wears well.  Many others sets have torn or were too "hot" for his body temperature

Perhaps should advertise as thinner more comfortable sheets for those that want a crisp lightweight sheet ?

Hate to even write this but I own my own business and there have been a few customers over time that found the need to post negative threads (actually one was a competitor).

So for those that really know sheets - I take your word that they are not Egyptian Cotton nor 1500 thread count as they are thin and lighter in weight

All that matters to me is my kid likes them and they shipped quick and fast

So go figure, made a mistake and am considering buying a few more sets of whatever these sheets are

I to was a victim of these horrible people taking advantage of innocent customers only trying to purchase what they advertised, after I sent several e-mails to this company for some kind of resolve I gave up but it really bothered me so after 3 months I called my credit card co. Asked if anything could be done since I waited so long to report this to them.. They said sure I explained it all I filled out a couple papers and boom I got all my money back. They deal with the company! I can sleep now! I only pray one day these people get takin advantage of big big time
