I was suckered into buying "LUXURY" sheets with 1800 thread count for $39.50. Wow, I couldn't believe it when they came. I knew immediately I had been scammed. Of course the only way to complain or correspond is through email. The sheets are so very thin, what a joke. They use the absolute thinest material (practically see-through) and seem as though they are sewn by children. Kevin Raines said "The sheets last an average of 3-5 years with normal care and ware. For the price, you will not get softer or nicer sheets. If there is a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will exchange that piece in 30 days for the same size and color for you."
So, if they are not as advertised - NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE MADE! This is how he explained why they were so THIN. "1500 TC means 750 vertical and 750 horizontal threads per square inch. The Higher the TC, the Thinner the threads (think about it for a moment). What you may be refering to is the PLY, similar to tissue paper. You can get Single, Double, Triple and Quad ply sheets. The higher the PLY, the thicker they are and of course the MORE COSTLIER they are."
