The Solutions Law Center owned by Roger D. Stacy or as it is now know the Costa Law Group is a fraudulent law firm in which prospective chapter 11 clients were bilked out of their retainers usually in the amounts of $25K or more per case by an attorney that did not tell the clients that he was going to be soon suspended and his non-attorney office manager.  Their schemes involved promising to represent the clients in chapter 11 cases; however, the attorneys in the firm had NO chapter 11 bankruptcy experience and the non-lawyer office manager Mauricio Calvi lied to prospective clients, gave them misleading information and was acting as counsel in signing up new clients.  In reality, he was only seeking a bonus from each chapter 11 client that he signed up. 

 Solutions and Costa prey on people only for their retainers; once the clients signed the Contract and paid the Retainers, the attorney and the non-attorney involved in these two law firms just cast them aside and did not follow-up or work the cases.  What work was done by this lawyer and non-lawyer involved documents which were done incorrectly, missed deadlines, or NO WORK DONE AT ALL.  The non-lawyer sold the chapter 11 services as if he was selling USED CARS.  The attorney that owned the firm did not have a trust account so all the retainer money was spent without court authorization; but what made it so horrible was that in several cases,  they took the retainers but did not do any work for the clients at all, OR they kept stalling the foreclosure sales, OR they fraudulently filed chpater 13 cases for clients after they paid for chapter 11s WITH THE GOAL OF HAVING THEIR CHAPTER 13 CASES DISMISSED DOWN THE ROAD BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL PAYING FOR THEIR CHAPTER 11 CASES - BUT THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT THE CLIENTS PAID FOR CHAPTER 11 CASES AND ONLY DISCLOSED A FRAUDULENT FEE RECEIVED FOR A CHAPTER 13.  To make matters worse, they paid their employees, appearance attorneys, and vendors with hot checks.
