The whole offer/acceptance was 'recorded' for accuracy.
I was told that the only fee applied later, would be the $69 fee for booking the reservation. I was told that I could transfer MY CONTRACT to anyone that I wanted to. I was told that I had to have a reservation date set within 12 months; but that the offer could be extended for 6 more months.
So I transferred MY CONTRACT to my son. At 12 months, in keeping with their guidelines, he called to make the reservation. [continued below]....
I then contacted RON ROUSSEL (who transferred MY CONTRACT to my son), who informed me that the 'old purchase letter' did not show the required Mexican Hotel Tax, but the "new purchase letters" do state the tax. The original contract has been broken by them and I have requested my money back. ($349)
