The Tax Help Line Rip Off Takes your money and does NOTHING for you Irvine, California

I am sad to say it but the story is oh so true.  I went by the company "The Tax Help Line" in Irvine CA today after not receiving an updates to my case, the work that I contracted the company to perform, or even a simple response to my question of are you in business any more for more than 30 days and discovered that their doors had been closed and that they would not be returning.  I left my company business card and asked the young man that opened the door and I requested that he have someone from the company contact me.  After I left their office building, I immediately called and their phones are still on, taking messages, but no calls back.  Today's date is 1/25/2013.  Contacted my business partner who is an attorney and requested that he file a law suite against them and request a refund for the 3K that I paid for their services.  

Shame to hear that a company that represented that they were looking to help me solve my tax issues with the IRS and the State of California failed to deliver on their promise.  Oh well, all I can say is GOD's speed to anyone that needs assistance from someone that represents that they are here to help you and calls them selves "The Tax Help Line" and is from a reputable city like Irvine.  Good thing I know some powerful attorneys that do their job well.  I feel sad for the individual that is taken for granted and just becomes a simple meal ticket for the business owner.  After contracting them and working with their staff, I cannot believe that they wouldn't even provide me with a courtesy return call or have my name and number somewhere to be able to reply to my e-mail or voice-mail messages. No official correspondence at all from someone who took so much hard earned money and ran off with it.  Good luck America.

The Tax Relief Help line is offering the same exact redicilous service that Roni Lynn Deutch was offering for many years till government agencies closed them down. Roni Lynn Deutch is behind The Tax Relief Help Line and again is ripping off consumers, unsuspecting people in need of help will again become victimized. This company will only take your money and you will get nothing in return.

Once you call any company like The Tax Relief Help Line and you give them your financial information about you, they then know what kind of money they can get out of you. Again, they will do nothing for you.

You don't need an outside service to get tax relief from the US Government. Only less than 1 percent of applicants will ever get a discount. Anyone can fill out the simple forms from the IRS. You don't need them. As a matter of fact, the IRS frowns upon services like The Tax Relief Help Line. Why? because the IRS feels, if you can afford to pay them money, you can afford to pay your taxes off. Anyone can make a deal with the IRS - they wont try to put you out of business.
