The Texas lottery is posting double number picks in the pick 3 game way more often than normal odds would be, for example 442,553,775,229, these double picks are the lotterys way of paying out less money to winners since many dont play double number combos. I gt around the state alot and there is a large and growing number of people noticing this and want a fair and true pick to these numbers.
