That outcome would be the same as if I showed up to court myself and pleaded no contest.
Now I didn't go to law school, but if I can get the same outcome as a person who went to 4-6 years of law school and passed the bar, then there is something terribly wrong with that law firm.
The only time you should use a seat filler like the ticket clinic as your representative, is if you live out of state or can't afford take a day off work to appear in court.
