 Awful!  Bait and switch, paid for mailbox and owner Ashleen said she is remodeling and raising prices, $220 additional a year for same mailbox! says she needed my friend to resign contract with higher price!  when he refused she cancelled and stole the mail!  Took our money, signed contract then ripped us off, (changed the lock despite the box being paid!) foul mouth lady owner, beware!!!   Very unprofessional!!!!  She says she can do whatever she wants, awful!!!  When we told her we were reporting her she threated us and took the mail, that is a felony, she said good luck proving it, ail has tracking, she is a real piece, who needs this?  save yourself endless headaches and financial loss, run to any other business!..........

Note prior to signing up for business "no frills" mailbox rental we came in 3 tijes and went over all details, box was to be in business name but she out it in y friends name, and said if we complainted she had his personal info and could do damage!

He said we should sign new contract and pay the additional $220 for the no-frills box, but that is a shake-down and illegal, one cannot do this legally, and cannot steal ones mail. [continued below]....

.....  She says she can change prices anytime she wants and do whatever she wants as she owns the store, running into her at groceryhearing her foul mouth is not professional.  We have e-mails and printed flyers showing the advertised prices. 

Her employee could not figure out why the lock on the mailbox was changed and saw that the box was paid until July, said there was no mail, despire e--mail where she said she was holding mail.

Same day she lied and said no mail.  We did several "test letter" mailings, none were returned!

This is VERY damaging to a business, I am a friend to the account holder and witness to her unethical mess and her threats via phone and in person.

“This Charles seems to have a definite agenda.” No! Truth be told, Im Just a web surfer who came upon this complaint exactly as you wanted to happen; However, I could see that something was missing. Nothing more. Tisk, Tisk, Tisk. As you can see my type font is larger and darker than yours making me more right than you.

 Truth be told, Ashleen is very dishonest and a total scammer, she played the company who filed this complaint and cheated them out of funds and mail, causing them much stress and problems.  This Charles seems to have a definite agenda.  I have been a witenss to Ashleen changing the lock on the mailbox and stealing office mail.  I had this happen to me by her 4 years prior and have just signed papers with federal authorities against her hoping to close her store and press federal charges.  I believe she is corrupt and evil.  But that is my opinion and having thought she did this to me to scam me in making money after I paid for 3 months then jacking up the price 3 times my contract, then read she did this to another, was grateful to see if was not personal and now joinging them and others in a class action suit.

Justice does not always prevail. But like I said “I truly hope you get all the justice you deserve” every bit of it! I guess the only thing I could ask is “dishonest business person even two of her former employees have said so” if the employee(s) who stated the she is not a good person had, instead, said that she is wonderful would you have written and told everyone that as an alternative? No! You only express the opinions that support your side and completely withhold all information that may point to something else. When Does the Omission of Truth Become a Lie? Selfish! Vindictive!  Watchdogs at work. I'm not part of the business but part of a watchdog team helping the business

as one who works with a watchdog group I am going the whole ten yards for them and I;m the one who recorded the employee who admitted the lock a=was changed and that account was paid in full. 

I will be in court to testify in their behalf. 

When honest businesses get screwed over by con artist like her we watchdogz come in and document EVERYTHING, calls, e-mails, visits EVERYTHING.

Nxt time you thing about screwing over a company look out watchdogs will be testifying with documents and witnesses from prior incidents to make sure this owner pays dearly!

 get a clue, stealing mail is a felony, enough said.  taking money and breaking contracts is a legal matter that will be handled in court.  She is a Very dishonest woman is a very dishonest business person even two of her former employees have said so, name calling won't make her less of a criminal.  Theft is theft.  When on has the law on their side they will prevail and prevail with damages.  Especially when they know enough friends to go in an video the transactions, yes VIDEO her lies...

 

SEE ya in court hubby.  you screwed over a business and a military man and many others, good luck to ya!

I’m sorry to tell you, I know exactly what I am talking about. And I do mean exactly! I can tell you are upset: However, I’m not wrong by any stretch of the imagination. I know your upset, but calling me names will not ever make you right. In fact name calling is a last resort for a person without reason or true facts that can support their position. You have no problem stating I don’t know what I’m talking about; However, You have absolutely no idea who I am or how or why I would know this.  Using capital letters in a sentence will never make you right. Don’t worry about what I say. Unless you’re a democrat, I have freedom of speech. I do not defend this person you loathe so much. I only said there is more to the story than what you state. You time is better spent making your life better instead of a Nazi style hatred of another living person, this type of stress will end up eating you alive. (Note: I did not call you a Nazi) The Postmaster did not say what the store did is a felony! The Postmaster “may” have said it is a felony based on the information you gave and withheld. You do not have a complaint, you have an evil agenda!  I truly feel sorry for you, because you come across as a very petty person. Charles.

 You obviously have absoluely no clue what you are talking about.  As one who helped record visit to document scam owner is doing- you have no idea what you are saying.  I've been helping prepare to go after the owner in EVERY legal way, want them in jail- FEDERAL jail!

We have a witness to all transactions.  The person who holds the account is a government employee and quite credible.

The witness comes from a family of attornies and recorded the last visit, documented all e-mails and comversations and made sure of witnesses to all meetings.  YOU don;t know your ass from a hole in the ground, they have done this to others, two we spoke two.  The owner gets one to sign up then plays the bait and switch, you pay or your business pays.  She is a scammer in many people's opinion!  There is a watchdog is has filed against her with the FEDS and several other agencies and using our recordings.  YOU need to know your FACTS before opening your mouth.

This business should not be in business, as two prior employees said "she is not one to work for..."

When a business can get one's personal id info and do not operate honestly and steal they are past pond scum they are criminals in my opinion and that of authorities that I have spoken to, we have sent test mail, none was returned and e-mails sent said never received.  Tracking shows it is sitting there, that is theft, yes???

WAke up, when you advertise a rate, take money then do a shake down then make threats that is ILLRGAL

when the customer refuses to play the scam game and the owner Ashleen gets foul she is showing her true colors, the employee documented in visit admited in recording that box is paid until July but admitted on phone video that key was changed and mail gone, that is serious. 

Postmaster says that is a felony.

There is something wrong here!

 This "story" cannot possibly be true the way it reads. I read the message and knew right away that something is very wrong with the way the statement reads (things are missing). I called the store in question and talked to the person in question at the UPS store and got a very different answer to the complaint above, so much so that almost nothing is the same.

As a small business owner myself I know that Owners do not use foul language at anytime (outside of New York, of course) and that for this person’s complaint to become “credible” there must be many other “wrongs” in the story. And what a story, this person gives no facts to support any case only accusations of wrong doing, vindictiveness, theft and verbal abuse. When you read this story please understand that the person with the complaint is very unhappy and must make the world see things as they do and dame the facts.

Their letter is written with unchecked emotion with a generous amount of hatred and nothing more. For you; the store owner make sure your employees have a good understanding of their job duties and for the person making the complaint; understand that when you change something in a contract ( in this case; changing a personal account to a business account) that added fees may apply. i.e.: business telephones cost more that personal telephones. Thank you.
